Attendance Checker How To

This guide shows how to use Attendance Checker with your current Students list or a saved class, along with any groups and houses you have already set up, so you can mark attendance quickly and export the result when needed.

1. Start with Quick list or a saved class

Attendance Checker can use the current Students page as Quick list, or you can switch to a saved class from the selector at the top.

2. Use groups when helpful

If you already sorted students into houses or teams, grouped attendance becomes easier to scan.

3. Export when needed

Download a CSV with student names, houses, and attendance status after marking the class.

Quick tips

Use Only show absent when you need to focus on missing students after the first pass.
Turn on Group by house if your class already uses houses, teams, or table groups.
Leave the selector on Quick list when you want to use the current Students page without saving a class first.
Tap a student card to cycle through unmarked, present, and absent quickly.
Use Export when you want a spreadsheet-ready attendance list for the session.
